IBC Totes PA is a referral service. Quotes are fulfilled by partner suppliers in our network.

Who we are

IBC Totes PA is a referral service. We match people who buy and sell IBC totes in Pennsylvania with partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, store or deliver containers ourselves.

What we collect

Only what you submit through the quote form: your name, email address, phone number, company, street address, city, state, ZIP or postal code, the quantity, product type, service, grade and timeframe you choose, any message you write, whether you agreed to text messages, and the page the form was submitted from. The form may also record how you arrived at the site (for example the referring page or campaign tags in the link).

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for security and operations. These are kept for a short period.

How we use it and who receives it

Your request is sent from our server to the 1DB lead platform, which passes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. The partner supplier who follows up handles your order under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not use your request for unrelated marketing and we do not sell personal information.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a quote.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party marketing pixels.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and to keep an ordinary business record, and then deleted. Partner suppliers keep their own records of requests they act on.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and say it is about privacy.

Children

This site is for business and household buyers and sellers of containers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date below.

Vocabulary, in twelve lines

IBC
Intermediate bulk container — anything between a drum and a tanker, in practice 110–550 gallons on a forkliftable base.
Composite IBC
An HDPE bottle inside a welded steel cage on a pallet base. The 275 and 330 gallon workhorses.
Tare
Empty weight of the container: 125–135 lb for a 275, 140–155 lb for a 330.
Gross mass
Container plus contents. Most 275s are rated to 2,800 lb; exceed it and the bottle bulges rather than bursts.
Node
A welded intersection in the cage where load actually transfers. The correct place to inspect.
S60x6
The standard outlet thread: 60 mm OD, 6 mm pitch buttress. Hand tight only.
Prior contents
What the container last held, logged against the original label. The single most consequential fact about any used tote.
Rebottle
A new HDPE bottle fitted into an inspected existing cage — a never-filled interior on a reused frame.
UN 31HA1
Marking for a composite IBC approved for liquids. Belongs to the assembly and carries a service life.
Regrind
Granulated recycled HDPE. Post-industrial IBC regrind goes to pipe, conduit, pallets — never food contact.
Reuse
Putting a container back into service instead of making a new one. It avoids the materials and energy a new container would need.
